The Savage Law Group

Estate Planning ♦ Estate AdministrationGuardianships ♦ Conservatorships

Before starting her own estate planning and elder law practice, Elizabeth Savage of The Savage Law Group spent over 20 years in civil and commercial litigation as an attorney and in a highly sophisticated litigation support role. From lessons learned about the high cost and uncertainty of outcomes inherent in litigation, and from witnessing her own parents age and face many important financial and medical decisions, Elizabeth is now dedicating herself to working one-on-one with people of all ages to understand, plan for, and navigate some of life’s most important decisions before litigation becomes necessary, including:

  • How to best protect your assets during your lifetime with a Will, Trust (if appropriate), and Durable Financial Power of Attorney;
  • How to ensure your healthcare and medical preferences are honored if you are unable to make those decisions yourself at some point in the future, with a Healthcare Power of Attorney and Advance Medical Directive;
  • How to position yourself to pay for long-term care when the time comes, through a variety of available strategies; and
  • What options are available to ensure that your assets pass to your loved ones as you intended.

    The Savage Law Group is committed to providing compassionate and respectful planning assistance that honors your wishes for your assets, healthcare decision-making, and long-term care preferences. These are critical life decisions that we will all face eventually, for ourselves or for a spouse/partner, parent, child, grandparent, sibling, or other loved one. Elizabeth is passionate about delivering legal advice that will best help you plan for your future, and understand how your planning decisions will impact your loved ones, based on your personal circumstances.
